First recipe: Minced meat tacos.


What are the ingredients for the minced meat tacos?


  • 500 g of minced meat.
  • 1 chopped onion.
  • A teaspoon of red cayenne pepper.
  • A tablespoon of olive oil.
  • A teaspoon of cumin.
  • A teaspoon of paprika.
  • Two chopped tomatoes.
  • Medium-sized taco bread.
  • Four leaves of coarsely chopped lettuce.
  • A quarter cup of grated mozzarella cheese.


How to prepare the minced meat taco filling?


1- Heat the oil in a frying pan, and saute the onions until translucent.


2- Add the cumin spice, cayenne pepper, and paprika, then add the minced meat.


3- Stir the ingredients together and simmer for about ten minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes, and continue to stir the mixture.


4- Heat the tacos, spread the meat mixture on them, and top with chopped lettuce, and grated mozzarella cheese.



Second recipe: Fish tacos with sour cream.



What are the filling ingredients for fish tacos?


  • 500 g of fish fillet, cut into small slices.
  • Half a cup of sour cream.
  • Half a cup of mayonnaise.
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro.
  • 4 tablespoons of taco seasoning.
  • 2 tablespoons of oil.
  • 2 big spoons of lemon juice. 
  • Medium-sized taco bread.


Decorating ingredients:


  • Shredded lettuce.
  • Small pieces of tomato.
  • Lemon juice to taste.
  • Ready-made taco sauce to taste.


How to prepare the filling?


1- To begin with mix the cream with coriander and mayonnaise and two tablespoons of taco seasoning.


2- Second in a bowl put in the fish fillets, add lemon juice, oil, and remaining taco seasoning.


3-  Put the marinated fish in a frying pan on the fire, then fry it until it is cooked.


4-  Arrange the fish mixture in the taco pieces, and pour an appropriate amount of the cream seasoning on top, Put the tomatoes, lettuce, and taco sauce, and pour a small amount of lemon juice on top to taste. 


Third recipe: Chicken tacos


What are the ingredients for the chicken tacos?


  • 1 big chopped onion or two small.
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic.
  • 500 g chicken breasts.
  • Half a cup of tomato sauce.
  • A grain of green chili, chopped.
  • Slices of lettuce.
  • One medium tomato, chopped and seeded.
  • Half a cup of grated cheddar cheese.
  • 1 teaspoon spoon of salt.
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • An amount of ready-made barbecue sauce.
  • Medium-sized taco bread.


What are the procedures?


1- Heat the oil in a frying pan add the garlic, and onion, then add the chicken pieces to them.


2-  Add tomato sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt. Leave the mixture on medium heat until it becomes soft, and at last add the barbecue sauce.


3- Stuff the taco bread with the filling mixture, lettuce slices, and tomatoes, spread the grated cheese on top.


Serving.


- Serve your tacos as a main dish for lunch or dinner because it is a complete meal. 


- It is preferable to prepare it immediately before eating so that it remains crispy and warm.
