For Salmon:


  • 1 kg salmon fillet with skin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce



Green pea sauce:


  • 200 g frozen green peas
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons freshly ground horseradish

  • Salt
  • Pepper

 


For serving:


  • 1 sliced ​​lemon
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped dill
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ​​green onions
  • 2 sliced ​​radishes


How to prepare the salmon fillet with sweet chili and pea sauce?


Salmon preparation:



1. Place the salmon skin side down in a frying pan with parchment paper. Salt and sprinkle lemon pepper and chili flakes over the salmon. Brush sweet chili sauce over the salmon.


2. Fry the salmon just below the middle of the oven The salmon cooks almost itself in the oven while you make the tasty pea sauce

  • 4 pieces of salmon fillet ( 150 g each portion)
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fresh dill



How to prepare salmon and vegetable gratin?


  • Heat the oven to 200°C.
  • Put the salmon fillet in an oven dish and pour over the squeezed lemon juice.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Peel the peppers and cut them into slices.
