Serving:

. To have a good Tiramisù don`t serve it directly after the four hours of chilling, wait twenty-four hours then slice or dig to serve

. Serve your Tiramisù as dessert and enjoy it with your family and friends...

Tips:

- To obtain a creamy and soft mascarpone cream, it is essential that the ingredients are not cold in the fridge, remove the eggs and mascarpone from the fridge half an hour before. Add the whites to firm snow with delicate movements.

- The best cocoa for Tiramisu is bitter powder. It should be sieved and dusted on the final layer until the mascarpone cream is completely covered.

- To obtain a thicker cream, just reduce the number of egg yolks to 2 instead of 4.

- Keep your Tiramisù well covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
