Macaroni with béchamel sauce in the oven and chicken mushroom pasta


As all of us know that pasta is an Italian dish, it can be prepared in many different ways and they are several recipes for this delicious dish.

The pasta dish is suitable in all its simplicity for both every day and dinner parties. All types of pasta either spaghetti, tagliatelle, gnocchi, tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle, lasagna, and so on are very delicious especially when they are blended with sauce and topped with béchamel, and sprinkled with grated cheese.

Macaroni with béchamel sauce in the oven




Pasta with béchamel sauce in the oven is typically an easy dish, it is prepared with macaroni topped with white sauce, and baked with béchamel. In addition to macaroni, you can use all those pasta shapes in which the white sauce blends perfectly both inside and outside.

Moreover, there are several ways to prepare this dish of baked pasta in white, usually using the base of the bolognese sauce but without tomato sauce and then seasoning the pasta by adding the béchamel and sprinkling the surface with grated cheese in order to obtain a nice gratin.


Pasta with béchamel sauce recipe

The recipe for pasta with béchamel sauce is really simple, let's see in detail everything you need to prepare it for 6 people:


Ingredients:

  • 500 g of macaroni
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 glass of broth or white wine to taste
  • 600 ml of béchamel
  • 50 ml of milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.


How to make pasta with béchamel sauce in the oven?

Procedure:

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C
  • Firstly, prepare a mince with celery, carrot, and onion. Fry in a pan with the oil, add the sprig of rosemary, and then remove it as soon as everything has dried well.
  • Secondly, add the minced meat, take care to keep the heat high, and turn everything over several times with a wooden spoon.
  • After about 5 minutes, add the broth or the white wine, lower the heat and let it evaporate. Cook for another 5 to 8 minutes then add 450 ml of béchamel and mix everything. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the pasta, drain it and dress it with the Bolognese sauce in white that we cooked before.
  • Put the pasta in a baking dish. Mix the rest of the béchamel with the milk adding a pinch of salt and pepper and pour it on the surface of the pasta. Add the grated cheese over the entire surface.


Cooking:

. Place the dish in the center of the oven. Cook the pasta in the oven for about 30 minutes.

. After cooking, remove it from the oven, leave it to rest for a couple of minutes, then serve.


Chicken mushroom pasta recipe




It is a delicious dish and very simple to prepare. The pasta with chicken, mushroom, and cream is an easy meal to prepare for lunch or dinner and it is also considered an express weekday meal, a real delight to prepare. 


Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta of any type to taste
  • 1 big chicken breast cut into small pieces 
  • 120 g fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 40 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 150 ml liquid cream 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper


Preparation

. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as directed in the package. 

. In a pan heat the olive oil and then sauté the garlic.

. Add the chicken breasts and brown for a few minutes, then remove and set aside. 

. Add the sliced mushrooms, salt, and pepper to the same pan, and cook for 5 minutes. Return the chicken another time to the pan, add cream, and Parmesan cheese and cook for 5 minutes. 

. Add the pasta to the pan, stir and serve.


Serving

Serve the two dishes hot accompanied by a green salad
