Espresso Panna Cotta recipe.


What ingredients do we need to make Espresso Panna Cotta?


Ingredients:


  • 500 ml liquid cream or (300 ml cream + 200 ml whole milk)
  • 60 g  granulated sugar ( you can use less sugar to taste)
  • 3 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 4 gelatin sheets (each one should have 2 g, 8 g in total)
  • A few chocolate coffee beans or chocolate chips for decoration



Now how do we prepare this delicious Espresso Panna Cotta?


Steps:


1. Immerse the gelatin sheets in cold water.


2. In a saucepan, combine liquid cream with the espresso powder and the sugar. Over low heat bring to a boil while stirring, then turn off the heat.


3. Add the squeezed gelatin mix well to melt, there must be no lumps. 


4. Pour the panna cotta into four molds, not rinsed and not wiped (this makes it easier to remove from the mold) 


5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.


How to serve espresso panna cotta?


. Unmould the panna cotta with a knife tip and put them on four plates.

. Before serving decorate your panna cotta to taste. You can use chocolate coffee beans, black/ white chocolate chips, or whipped cream. As a suggestion in this recipe, you can serve the dessert with chocolate coffee beans. 

. Serve very chilled as a dessert



Tips!

Panna cotta can be served with, whipped cream, caramel sauce, or chocolate shavings on top, or leave it as it is because it is delicious only with a coffee taste.
